The SCC Transit Center, planned to be located at Spokane Community College, will serve as a multi-modal transit hub for both regular bus routes, and as the eastern end point to the Central City Line. Route 33 was previously an hourly service on Wellesley Avenue on Saturdays. Route 33 serves as a crosstown connection for customers traveling in North Spokane and the frequency was often inadequate to make many north-south connections. By improving the frequency to every 15 minutes, more people are now able to make more timely connections.
