Logan and Lincoln Heights Connection

The creation of a line between the Logan Neighborhood and Lincoln Heights will enable a north-south connection east of downtown Spokane without having to transfer at the Plaza. Additionally, this will increase the number of connections available for riders traveling east into the City of Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake. Completion Year revised November 2020

Expand Hillyard and Northeast Spokane Routes

Adding frequency and capacity to Route 27 will reduce overcrowding during peak periods of the day. This addition will also foster ridership growth in the Hillyard community. Completion Year revised November 2020

Extended Service on North Nevada Street

As a part of the September 2017 service change, Sunday service  north of Francis was added to routes #26 Lidgerwood and #28 Nevada so that service on North Nevada now runs 7 days a week.

Increase Weekend Service on Wellesley Avenue

Route 33 was previously an hourly service on Wellesley Avenue on Saturdays. Route 33 serves as a crosstown connection for customers traveling in North Spokane and the frequency was often inadequate to make many north-south connections. By improving the frequency to every 15 minutes, more people are now able to make more timely connections.

Extend Saturday Night Service

Saturday night service presents a great opportunity to meet a new demand at the lowest price. Based upon customer input asking for additional night service, STA has extended Saturday night service past 11 p.m.
