In order to more effectively serve new apartment, office and medical developments along Indiana Avenue, east of Sullivan Road, STA has introduced the new Mid-Valley Route 95, which keeps Route 98 straight on Appleway Avenue to Liberty Lake.
This project initially was split into two phases. Phase one was to be introduced in May of 2017 and include service during the weekday, with phase two introducing night and weekend service in September 2018. Full service on Route 95 was introduced in May 2017.
